Set up in three steps

    Install on your Mac

    Open the disk image and move Synklink to Applications. It lives in your menu bar.

  2. 2

    Install on your phone

    Open the .apk from your downloads. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser: allow it, then go back.

  3. 3

    Pair them

    Open Synklink on both, scan the code on your Mac with your phone, and check that the six digits match.

Both apps update themselves. Every Android package is signed with the same key, so an update installs over the app you have and keeps your pairing.
