Synklink connects your Android phone and your Mac so that what you copy, play and get notified about is simply there on the other one.
Why we are building it
Most of us carry an Android phone and sit at a Mac, and the two behave like strangers. Copying a link means messaging yourself. Turning the music down means finding the phone. We wanted the quiet kind of connection Apple gives its own devices, without switching phones to get it.
So Synklink talks directly from one device to the other, over Wi-Fi when it can and Bluetooth when it must, encrypted end to end. There is no server in the middle reading your clipboard. That is a technical choice, and it is also the point.
